worst agent ever，said every thing was good when moving out but trying to charge over 2000 after that。 never reply the messages，no respect at all. DO NOT believe them！！！

Worst rent expense with LJ Hooker. You can hardly get feedback from their property manager, especially after moving out and requesting for bond refund. The property manager Allan Chan, whose mobile number ends with 0080, never give you feedback when you need his help but always push you to give him response when he has requests. No responsibility at all to his job and his client! Worst!!
