My rental bond was blocked for 3 to 4 months and no information was provided and when repeatedly asked, the response was interesting to see as there was demand on various grounds. In dealing with such case my advise would be to make a complain to NSW Fair trading and then claim the bond online and the agent is obliged to refund the money under reasonable grounds. Hope this is informative as well. Be aware of your rights as a renter - make a complain to Fair trading NSW if your bond is unpaid or unreasonably denied as in my case by this agent.

Domenica is very quick response agent, she promptly contacted Strata to fix the broken windows, install NBN cable and electrician in emergency case. Domenica really cares about the properties. Highly recommended even though you are tenants or landlord.
