I am only be there with the A-Bombers Old Style Weekend, early August! This is an all outdoor event for hot rods, kustoms, motorcycles in 30s - 50s American style plus original American cars up to 1956 model. The kustoms, hot rods and bikes can be built in styles ranging from the earliest primitive attempts to the typical American Highschool style late 50s-very early 60s. It is a fantastic place, but there are only two showers!

Very nice place with a little café.
Arrived here in the evening after a long and difficult hike on Bohusleden. The walk towards the place itself was a bit creepy because we had to walk on the road. When we arrived, it was past opening time, but we got a nice and clean room to sleep, electricity and a washroom for just a few SEK! I really can recommend this place for any backpackers or hitchhikers. It's perfectly sufficient for all people who need a dry and clean place to sleep, water and electricity Only thing i was sad about was, that the water in the shower was freezing cold. But the whole building looked as it is being renovated, so i guess this will be fixed soon. All in all we were very pleased :)

Gott om plats, fina nya grillplatser, historiskt intressant område fr 2:världskriget, fin sjö med liiiiten badplats. Den största behållningen är Café Gläntebo som har öppet under sommarmånaderna. Lägerplatsen går att hyra för stora evenemang.
Trevligt ställe att promenera på, flera grillplatser finns. Och man hör skjutbanan ganska väl, om man har skottberörd hund.
Fint ställe med bra information om flydde tider.
