What a lovely experience it was just the place for rest and relaxation a very comfortable Cabin with all you needed if your self catering the owners very pleasant n Jack is available if needed his mum is very nice too Hope to return some point soon

Had a great time here. Very very quiet and out of the way, the down side; several miles to the nearest town. Not a coastal stay! Secure, warm well equipped lodges. Couple of tips: could do with the balcony areas cordoning off with trellis/chicken wire and a gate so the dogs could be let out (ours are lead-only dogs), coat hooks on the back of all doors and a lock on the bathroom. Otherwise lovely. Thanks to Jack and his mum for their lovely place. Pictures dont do the place justice.

This is the second year myself and group of friends have stayed in Lodge 2, on a motorcycling holiday. The lodge is clean, warm and comfortable. Jack, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. You will see from Google maps that you’re away from it all here, that suits our group, it might not suit all. We’ve booked for 2021.

Brilliant. Some of the best lodgings with amazing hospitality from the hosts. Food was top notch with a good menu/selection. Well equipped lodges, a nice break away. WiFi available in canteen area only. Phone signal sporadic. I recommend you make a visit and I will return!

Absolutely wonderful to stay. Stopped for a week in a self catering lodge with great views. Very spacious accommodation. Lots to see in nearby Buith Wells and Presteign.

Some friends and I stayed here the hottest b/h weekend in August. The lodges are arranged so that you are not overlooked, and spaced well apart. Ideal place for a get away weekend no crowds, no hustle, no noise. A bit of a walk to the nearest pub though! Excellent.
