Rented a property in Craig y don for over a year and from day one we had complaints with regards to the flat being draughty fire alarm not working had to live with no hot water for the first five weeks and so much more. Had two inspections where the lady was disgusted with the conditions we had to live in but still nothing was done! And today the cheeky gits have just told us that 160 of our deposit is being held back for cleaning!! It only has 3 rooms!! I would highly recommend sending the staff on a people skills course as the Rottweiler that was dealing with property management was awful! Please stay clear!
