Overall was a ok trip to this cafe. However staff were rude and seemed as though they didn’t want people to come in! The decor is extremely outdated and defiantly needs a update! Good food was nice however didn’t like the sauce limitations and glass sizes are like children’s portions!

The photo of the decor tells you all you need to know. Pink walls, chintz light fittings, and those blue seats from about 1977 (honestly manager / owner, make a theme of the blue). Service was fine, staff friendly enough. Coffee was OK, but a “large” coffee was anything but.. 330ml mug. I guess we are use to the larger chains in which a large coffee is a litre mug!

Good hot food. Nice clean interior. If you dont like cafes like this, then go to plastic mc donuts and eat their plastic tripe. This is a different experience.

Food was lovely here, was served by a very nice lady. Deffo needs refurbishing but don't let that put you off as the food is delicious. Only con was the pepsi which I paid 2 for was very very small, I'd say less than half a pint

Decided to try this place tonight there was 4 of us great choice of meals at good prices Huge plates of foods that was very tasty and fresh excellent service and food definatly going there again .2 gammon meals ,cottage pie and fish and chips special highly recommend eating here

Fantastic home cooked food. Just what was needed after a busy day out & about. Yes, the decor is dated, but that doesn't matter when the food is so delicious.

Walked in and then almost immediately straight back out, waitress was incredibly rude, barked at us to fill out the track and trace form, with no hand sanitiser available, surely limiting contact by staff filling out the form would be safer. She then walked off and threw two menus on the table which we can only assume we're for us and we were to follow her then she just walked away without explanation

Called in for a quick coffee waited 5 minutes for service, coffee served in small cups with stained teaspoons. Glad I didn't eat here because the condiments were filthy. Won't be returning.
