Went for dinner today, the covid compliance is brill however that's where anything even remotely good ended! A disappointing service from the start to the end. Waiting outside to be greeted and just felt ignored. Then ordering through the app they Brought the kids meals out without any sides to which we had to show our receipt to have sorted. The kids pizza had a fish smell to them and the kids refused to eat. The sides arrived a long time later after they were just as disgusting as the main. The mac and cheese burger was extremely tasteless and also the mac and cheese was very cold. No polite service. We are writing this as we are still waiting for dessert an hour later!!! It seems to me that no one cares about service or ensuring that an enjoyable evening is spent out. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else! We won't be visiting again!

As it's convenient to home we visit regularly. Always satisfied with the quality of food at excellent prices. Staff are always very obliging especially. Nicola. Neil. Corina so thank you for making our visits here pleasurable.
Okay. Excellent service and well mannered staff only too happy please. Bit disappointed that the fryer had broken down so no battered fish They did offer to grill the fish though so should not complain. Would recommend this Fayre to you. Go ahead and give it a go.
Brewers Fayre - Craigside Inn - is attached to the Premiere Inn. The food is excellent and plentiful and the service quick and pleasant. It's a good sized place broken up into smaller eating areas. H and I were very pleased with it. Breakfast - for the adjacent Premiere Inn - is served here. There's a good selection, usually, however there was one morning when they ran out of coffee! And it's Costa coffee!! But Samantha, our lovely hostess soon sorted me out with fresh coffee. All hail Samantha.
Nice enough place, wasn't as busy as would have expected for a BH Monday... Signs of the pub getting a little bit run down, but on the whole not such a bad environment. Food absolutely fine; quite a long wait but was kept informed. Staff seemed to be taking responsibility for trying to get people to keep to the Covid guidelines, with a one way system etc, just a shame many customers couldn't be bothered to follow it or stop kids meandering all over the pub...
