We deposited our goods for 3 years with this company. Upon removals, the most expensive item, namely an electric door, was missing. I have an inventory stating the door was removed to Deannes. Additionally, we had a lot of extra furniture, which could have been deposited in an empty shed, with just a washing machine in situ. Deannes said the storage was full. Despite my missing electric door, they have not responded to my emails. I have paid 3000 gbp for a near empty shed for 3 years. Do not use this company, unless you are clear how they have stored your effects. Extremely disappointed with their service. Be aware. ADDITIONALLY, THEY INFORMED MY REMOVALS COMPANY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE PAID AND TO BE CAREFUL OF ME IN CASE I DID NOT PAY. This company is highly not recomended
