Attended a spinning lesson and the saddle was unsuitable for female rumps. Our pelvic bone are shaped differently to men’s and it’s really discouraging that the saddles are so ill fitted. It shouldn’t be this painful in the twenty-first century to use a bike - will not be attending this session again, which is a huge disappointment because it was my first time using the LC. Although, I have written the experience off and I have hope that the other fitness classes will offer a worthier experience as I’ve signed up as a member. The saddles on those bikes are torture for women though, really unsuitable and the pain is really unpleasant.

The crèche staff here are worth more than 5 stars by themselves, brilliant friendly and leave you feeling very reassured that your children are in safe hands, I would never have any doubts about leaving my children with them, the reception staff are also very helpful and polite, much better environment and welcoming, the exact opposite to Colwyn bays centre!
