The car I brought on line was great very well organised through this epidemic can not fault salesman as wales was on lockdown had the car delivered the interior of the car could of done with a more thorough valet the cup holders were dirty the door controls arm rests were stained costing me a further 50 pound for a full valet please over see the car before release

Awful customer service, my daughter bought a car back in July 2020, its now approaching November and after numerous phone calls and the old \ Ill call you back\ but no one does. were still waiting on the correct documentation, at first they blamed Covid, then DVLA. only to find DVLA had not received any documents, then they sent a photo copy of documents to DVLA which would not be accepted....... Is this really a proper BMW franchised Dealership....... even during the initial sale, the salesman was answering calls and dealing with other customers over phone or organizing deliveries whilst we were sat at his desk........ do your self a favor and buy somewhere else..........its been the most unpleasant experience at a dealership I've ever had
