Just picked up our Q2 from North Wales Audi and once again the whole process was one of ease and professionalism. A big thank you to Mark who was excellent and always a pleasure to deal with. Craig who dealt with the handover of the car made the process nice and easy. It was also a pleasure to get to meet Bleddyn after speaking to him a few times. Overall, the best place to go to for an Audi, you won't regret it.

We just wanted to share what excellent service we have had at Audi North Wales this week. After travelling for an hour to the showroom, we were lucky enough to have Darion sell my Mum, Lynne, a fantastic Audi A5. From the start to the end of the experience she ensured we felt welcomed, valued and supported. Everything was explained and checked thoroughly to ensure we bought with confidence and enjoyed the experience. Audi A1 build quality is terrible. Serviceable original part failed 50,000 miles to soon (water pump) her cars on 30k miles and the water pump failed 50,000 miles before needing to be replaced, costing a significant amount of money to replace! Don’t recommend this brand. Get a Japanese car, when the finance is done, good riddance
