Ordered for my family today for collection and spoke to Az on the phone. What an amazing person he is! He was so patient with me and got our food from 70 to 50 which he didn’t have to do. Excellent customer service and although I have always lived in Conwy he now has gained a new customer! Cannot thank him enough. Credit to your store :)

Totally understand government regulations hence why we called at 16.40 to ask if we would be able to get a table, we were told to hurry, turned up at 16.45 with 2 small children to be told ‘No it’s too late’ by the manager, explained that we had called 5 minutes prior and he responded ‘well you didn’t speak to me, you won’t be finished in time’ and closed the door in our face. No way of apology for wasting our time and very very rude. We could have ordered and eaten in an hour, whatever wasn’t finished could have been taken away as we always have done anyway!!

Last night was first time back to Pizza Hut since lockdown, was a regular customer before coving, but was very disappointed with the new system of service. If I didn't have a 15 year old daughter with a top phone would not have been able to order. Had to order with phone and pay by phone totally lost. Very poor atmosphere with only 8 other customers dinning on Friday night, no wonder with the service. Come on Pizza Hut get real let your staff that seat you take an order and you may get more custom. Must say staff and food as always were lovely and I can't fault them.
