First of all, I would like to thank everyone on behalf of Mostyn House for all the help. As I'm having ongoing care for my condition. Dispite the coronavirus, they have been my anchor. Brilliant surgery.

While I am very happy with the nurses and receptionists at Mostyn House, who have been consistently polite, friendly and efficient, my repeated interactions with Dr McCann have been my worst health professional contact in over 30 years with a serious health condition. I have never come across a doctor who has held me in such contempt or shown so little compassion. Every time I have seen this doctor, I have been left feeling desperately dejected, and wishing I had not sought medical help at all. Every concern I have raised with my health has been my own fault, or ‘wasting their time’, or often simply treated as a lie. I would caution anyone against seeing this doctor, although unfortunately he is extremely easy to get an appointment for, presumably because the majority of patients would rather not get better than be subjected to this deeply unpleasant man.

Excellent surgery. have always found staff, doctors and nurses very helpful. yes they are busy but will always see if you have an emergency. I think all surgeries are getting too busy but it is not the fault of the staff that work there. Keep up the good work.

Not impressed. Urgently needed to see doc following a, recent appointment earlier in week. Explained still in acute pain. No sympathy from receptionist just told earliest was 17th Dec. Total disrespect for patients and felt very unwanted and a burden.

I've recently relocated and have been using this surgery for the past 6 months I've found the doctors and staff provide an excellent service despite having to deal with such a large amount of patients a special mention must go to receptionist Dionne whos as nice on the inside as she looks on the outside nothing is too much trouble and always smiling Miss Llandudno 2019 in waiting 5 stars all round
