It's a shame you can't give a zero. Friends wedding where they were due to collect everyone from Mumbles and never showed. The excuse was that the driver never turned up. The concept of common courtesy to let the wedding party know so they could make alternative arrangements clearly didn't even cross their minds. Completely inconsiderate and unreliable. Do not waste your time.
75 seater bus booked to collect a wedding party at the end of the night. Bus failed to turn up. No phone call to advise that the bus would not be coming. No explanation given other than to say that it was possible the driver hadnt turned up for work! 75 wedding guests left stranded and having to fork out for numerous taxi's, despite 1st choice having already been paid for a bus that never arrived.
