I bought a tumble dryer here but was faulty I contacted them through their FB page and I was offered an exchange straight away no ifs or buts but straight out exchange . I was told if the exchanged dryer wasn't working to contact them ASAP. Phil is always polite and cheerful during the visits I've made to the business cant fault the customer service and recommended to friends and family whom have not had any trouble either. Well done Phil we will be back to look at your sofas soon.

Anyone thinking of buying an appliance from Appliance Universe in Llanelli... be warned.... I purchased a washing machine a few years ago and It broke down this week. I tried getting a repair from the manufacturers 10 year guarantee. The engineer arrived today and said that he couldn't fix it because that machine was written off at manufacture stage and sold as scrap to appliance universe... for parts only! They have sold it as a working unit which it was never intended to be therefore voiding the 10 year warranty. Owner, Phil's, customer service is appalling and I'm happy to send a transcript of the email conversation as proof. Simply not interested in doing anything to resolve. His replies were flippant \Sorry I cannot help\ One of the assistants, Lee, was very helpful, said he has come across this before and suggested that they could send the replacement parts, said the boos has to authorise but the owner Phil wasnt interested. Trading standards have been informed today and so has Hoover. Be careful.

Bought a great washing machine yesterday, it's like new with a little bit of superficial damage to the sides. Comes with 12 months warranty and was half the price of Currys. Good selection available and helpful and pleasant staff Definitely recommend.
