Very good experience here. They are really top class making sure all the rules and regulations are followed by everybody in store.

I am probably in here at least twice a week as it's my local supermarket, I have no problem with the range of stock or prices and the majority of the staff are lovely but I do have a problem with the main security guard(the chap in his late 40s/50s) constantly staring to the point that I feel very uncomfortable going in there, I am just a normal working class bloke, and I don't dress up just to go shopping, but I feel like I am constantly being discriminated against by how I look and how I might be dressed, I am no thief so I do not appreciate being watched like a hawk when I have done nothing wrong in any asda store. Good shop but sort your security out.

couldn't buy a baby coat for my son because it was in the sale because of new rules but no signs stating the change, security's gard see me pick up the item to purchase knowing I couldn't buy them to then been follow around by the security card making me feel uncomfortable like I did something wrong to be told I couldn't buy the coat by another member of staff , also staff member were too busy talking to each other and attitude stunk lol won't be hurrying back what a horrible experience today

I've been a loyal customer in asda for years, and always thought all the staff were polite and friendly, which majority are, but today I am very disappointed at the way I was spoken to by a one member of the team. Blonde lady, maybe mid 40s always on self scan wasn't very polite in challenging me about my mask hanging off one ear briefly whilst I received an important phone call about an appointment. Not only did she raise her voice whilst I was on the phone, she wasn't very polite about it. Not only that, but staff should not be challenging anyone about masks. I explained that the other person couldn't hear me with my mask on, and she told me to go outside, I would have had to leave a fully trolley of shopping in the process. Point is there are ways of talking to people, and people without masks shouldn't be challenged full stop!

Rubbish Manager and security. Make up the rules as they go along Last year they went over the tannoy called my daughter by someone else's name and asked her to leave the store with her week old baby. Manager denied it ever happened. Now you are are asked to leave your 8 month baby outside shop as they believe it is government policy not to allow children in the shop
