Difficult to deal with the staff on the front counter. No flexibility whatsoever. Mental
Terrible. Refused to treat my son who was very unwell and needed antibiotics. It's awful that we put our faith and wellbeing in the hands of these people that care so little.
Useless called because I have been in excruciating abdominal pain since Sunday spent the day at the Llanelli A&E which isn't a full A&E to be given some medication told its Gallstones and sent home and to ring a GP tried to explain to them how severe it is and they wouldnt even register me being new in the area! Pathetic!!
