Very efficient and friendly staff. I rang this branch recently to donate a settee and chair, the gentleman on the phone arranged collection very professionally two days later. The collection van arrived on time and the driver and his assistant loaded without fuss. I would highly recommend the BHF and especially this branch. Thank you to all their staff and keep up the good work. Well done

Terrible service. Waited all day, with no seating, only to find out that they would not be delivering after all, as both delivery vehicles had simultaneously broken down on same day, and that it might be a couple more days til my furniture arrived. Appalling lack of communication from store to customer, no help at all. Avoid at all costs

Located in the old WH Smith building which is quite big Provides a good selection of furniture which tends to be on the expensive side Almost as expensive as buying new Friendly helpful staff
