I waited 15 minutes from around 9.30 pm (when they weren't busy!). I had to go inside to tell them I was still waiting. No apology.

Always rubbish at most Burger Kings.... this one was terrible. Couldn't hear in the drive through.... got my order wrong... said I could have sauce they had no stock of. Its also nearly 8 for a drink chips and a burger which would be tastier and half the price in any other fast food place.... even restaurants it would be cheaper... Staff not communicating and felt like I was communicating with someone across a field when speaking through the intercom system they use... Won't be going back
Order was wrong via drive through..not from the area and was only stopped there to get food as finishing a job. Got home and chips were missing. The food I did get was warm so that was at least something
Very poor service again, I asked 3 different people for sachets of tomato sauce and waited in the car park for my 2 young grandchildren to have their 14.99 meal. I even asked the person who brought it was there sauce in there, she assured me and said yes on the bottom under the food. I got home to discover no sauces, both children were crying. I phoned Burger King who said they were sorry and who could actually hear them crying and that's all they could say is we hope you will return! Only last week we ordered a plain chicken royale, again when we got home, it was full of the trimmings. Shocking service showing lack of training throughout! Including the response on the phone!
Food was cold, chicken royale bun soggy, chips were unsalted and diet coke had a funny tang. Apart from that it was gorgeous. It'll be a while before I go back. McDonald's is the way forward.
