It has improved a lot over the past couple of years following its tie-up with Co Op. The range and quality of food sold is noticeably better than even a couple of years ago. It would be lovely if the staff received professional training in customer service. No eye contact, no smile, no real acknowledgment. I guess that's just Wales.

CK's has the only Post Office in our area now, since the Co-OP decided to close ours in Pontyates. They also have an in-store bakery which produces some wonderful savoury and sweet baked goods. A real asset to the community, lovely staff too.

Shopped here for years, fantastic range of foods, household, kids toys, sweets, alcohol. They always have some great offers on too. Great that the post office is in there too for posting parcels. Staff are always helpful and friendly and chatty. Lovely place to shop would recommend.
