Lies, Lies and more Lies.I took my caravan for a brake repair with Carafit. Within 1 mile of leaving after picking it up, the caravan wheel fell off on the dual carriageway whilst doing 50 mph.They obviously hadn't tightened it up properly. Mistakes happen, but it how you deal with them that sets you appart from the rest. They picked the caravan up off the side of the road and treated me like I was the one at fault. I asked if it would be repaired in time for my next holiday that was in a months time and the manageress said yes. From that point, the lies came thick and fast for the next month. Examples:- It's failed the road test, it's failed a brake test, there's a part coming overnight from Germany, the axel is coming overnight from Slovina, it's out on a road test and we'll call you later when it's back, the person you need to speak to is on holiday and the boys will work on late tonight to get it finished. When questioned about no returened phone calls, we were told that they tried to call us but had a power cut, After 2 months, we sent an assessor in to see what progress was made. And the truth was, they had done absolutely nothing!!!! The snapped wheel bolt was still in the wheel hub and the side of the caravan was still a big mess. Because of the hole in the side, it had gained a mouse that had caused even more damage. The assessor stated that we know a lot about Carafit. Make of that what you will.

Very bad service gave them a door handle to fix it gave back after a month in pieces in a bag I brought it to a handy man fixed it in one hour been waiting to use my caravan season nearly over they were so ignorant when I asked back I would not recommend them to anyone

U can't please everyone but I was very pleased with the work done for me and I would recommen them to everyone they did a excellent job for me and would go back again
