We were absolutely clueless on buying prams and the pram centre in Cross Hands could not have been more helpful. Very easy to book an appointment and they answered my questions via email promptly before the appointment. We had a 40 minute appt but it never felt like we were being rushed, covid precautions were clear in place which put us at ease. Dawn who helped us with our choices was very good at explaining the pros and cons of each pram and very thorough in explaining the mechanisms for dismantling the prams. Would 100% recommend

Felt really at ease shopping here. The staff are very helpful and informative. Our appointment was 40 minutes long which I thought was more than enough - we didn’t realise until we got in the car that we ran a little over. At no point did we feel hurried even though the staff were rushed off their feet! The staff were very inventive demonstrating the prams and will allow you to have a go. We happily got our pram from there - at a steal of a price. Would highly recommend.

Cannot praise this place enough! The lady working there was so kind, helpful and patient. Went through everything with us and answered our million questions! Would 100% recommend them to others. So happy I came here as they made the experience that much more enjoyable

This place is the place to go if you are in need of a pram/travel system, great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable showed us the in and outs of various prams/travel systems (even tried in the boot of the car) great experience from start to finish not rushed and nothing we asked was to much to do or even go and find out cant wait for our new silver cross pioneer expedition special edition, great service would definitely recommend
