Never thought it would be so nice and accommodating inside. The gym and pool accommodate any age, shape and level of fitness. The refurbishment is stunning. The staff are always happy, smiling and ask me how I am. You cant beat this place.
Love the gym,the staff are always happy to help. modern machines and a good range of classes.. its clean and I really enjoy the knowledge the staff as. the pool and steam room is just what you need after a session In the gym. HIGHLY recommended.

Very poor service on shoes. Male member of staff (bald guy) was on his mobile the whole time. Didn't acknowledge us, did not offer gait analysis and did not provide any advice or help in picking running shoes. To cap it all off the shoes cost 120 but were marked for 80 on the shelf. Will not be coming back, baldy was also very rude to other staff in front of customers.
Lovely gym with extremely helpful staff. Andrew was super helpful in advising on what classes suited me best and also advised on some personal training options! Thanks Andrew for being so patient, helpful and knowledgeable!
Came to DW Fitness in Llanelli having heard mixed reviews, walked away knowing there was no other place to train! Andrew the personal trainer made it his personal goal to ensure I not only enjoyed my first time but that I truly fell in love with the fitness lifestyle! To say I was beasted would be an understatement but I came away licking my wounds and feeling like a better man. Andrew could transform your life as well, you just have to walk through the door!
