Can not fault the doctors, nurses or MW would give them 5 stars but the attitude of the receptionists, sick of it, it seems like every job is too much for them, no people skills. Phone them they give you attitude and god help if you knock the side door to speak with them! Sort it out no need for it.

An outstanding patient service received from them. The doctors, the nurses and admin staff have been very helpful, professional, dedicated, diligent, proactive, respectful and reliable telephoning them for their assistance. They are under a lot of pressure, its one of the busiest doctor surgeries in town and the Covid situation has made things complicated stressfully under the circumstanes. I give them all credit for their resilence during this unprecendented times. Thank you Fairfield Surgery.
I've read some reviews & honestly most of the staff are lovely. Drs are amazing & the nurses. I've been there when some patients have no patience though & honestly there are some really rude people around. No need at all, these people have lives & they're trying to help. I've been here since I was born & llanelli is lucky to have Drs Goni, Duarte, owen & Gadkil. Lovely doctors, lovely nurses & staff. These bad reviews are obviously from people with no manners or etiquette.
Getting through to book a flu appointment is hopeless, left hanging on the end of phone listening to repeat music enough to make you ill, or getting cut off having been waiting 15min. or more. There must be a better system!!!
