Very good experience with the gym, excellent hygiene with the mats and excellent facilities. Friendly and encouraging atmosphere in the gym, would highly recommend to anyone of any skill level.

Best club for all under one roof marital arts, and gym great owners and great bunch of people that train there, good for the kids, wouldn’t go any where else get down here and give it a try
Great facility, full range of classes including MMA, Traditional Jujitsu, Brazilian Jujitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing and K1 and Karate. Experienced coaches, great atmosphere..no egos!
Brilliant facility and outstanding value for money, great bunch of people to train many different types of martial arts with.
Been goin to gyms for the last 15 years and got to say this is the one all under one roof here for good
