Terrible customer service. I ordered two items from this company only to receive a package with only one item in it and a note on the order form that I had been refunded for the second item. Not only have I not been refunded for the missing item, but the company never contacted me to let me know they weren't sending it. This has now left me with no maternity tights to wear to a special event in one day's time. If they had told me upon accepting my order that the tights were out of stock, I would've had more time to purchase them elsewhere. As it stands, I am out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I'll never order anything from this shambles of a company again.
