I recently consulted Maria at Llanelli, regarding a repair to some crystal and silver ear-rings. The repair was carried out quickly and I was informed when the repair had been completed. The ear-rings are not valuable, but I've had them a long time, and they are a favourite pair to wear, so this minor repair was important for me. On collection, I asked the cost and was pleasantly surprised to be told there was no charge - not even for the time taken to carry out the repair. Excellent customer service and I am happy to post this positive review for the Llanelli branch.

they. broke. my watch no sorry about it offered me 311pounds for sovereign. and t bar. chain 420 pounds. went to ramsdens and had 180 pounds. more horrible service. by gold reserves. go to ramsdens

sent items they. broke my watch offered 425 pounds for chain 311 pounds for coin go to your local ramsdens you can get at least 168 pounds more and get talked to proper not like rubbish
