Since moving to Llanelli some 10 years ago now I have always used this veterinary practice. All the staff team are friendly, welcoming and caring of all the pets and humans who come through the door, and the vets are knowledgeable, attentive and sensitive and understanding. One of the vets stands out for me....having helped me through to the bitter and painful end with my three cats ....and now helping keep my dog healthy and protected.....but the service from all the team is second to none!

Amazing and compassionate... looked after my cat Elvis until his last breath. They were so knowledgeable and caring. Would not go to any other vet. The best I could ask for. Thank you Haven to all your team.
I have been using Haven for nearly 20 years! They are amazing! My pets (cats and dogs) are always well cared for and you can tell that all the staff genuinely care about the animals!! They are always friendly and offer the best advice. They will even write you a prescription to purchase medication online to make it more affordable if your pet needs long term care. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Very competent knowledgeable vets who will take time to listen, excellent with pets especially nervous patients. Staff lovely and helpful and premises spotless. Would never go anywhere else. Well done thank you to all. X
