I took my car in for a service. First, they smashed my bonnet lock in. Ok, I should have taken the time to explain that the extra key on the ring was for the bonnet. But they could have figured that out without forcing the lock so hard that it broke. They refused to acknowledge this and had me over a barrel so I ended up paying 80 for them to fix the damage THEY CAUSED. Next, I look at my wheel nut lock and it's absolutely screwed. They mangled every single nut too. They admitted fault and ordered a new set. Weeks ago. Not heard since I marched in there to show them the damage. Utterly incompetent.
