Went to this place for fish and chips, found it did carvery all week. Best ever carvery for a very long time. Meat just melted in mouth, Yorkshire's were very tasty, also the roasts were done to a turn. The staff were very polite and respectful, which makes a change to some places I've been to. Recommend this place every time.

Hangover ? Hungry ?? Need a dinner DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR HOT ?? this is the place, I've tried a few places for a Sunday dinner, this tops them all, soo much food and reasonably priced...if anything, the only recommendation I would make, is. .cut back a little on the size of the portions, and offer a dessert maybe unless otherwise stated, it's like man vs food otherwise lol, all in all, well worth the money...see you next week guys!!

Visited with family for the first time today. If you want a first class roast dinner, this is the place. Beautiful food and warm and friendly staff. They do take away too so didn't miss the chance of taking one home for my husband too, who really enjoyed it. Will be sure to visit again

Great carvery every day between 12 and 14.30. Sunday 11.30 - 16.00 Best carvery EVER. Home from home. The meats are cooked to perfection. If you haven't been there, you must go and don't be put off by the basic style of the place. Dress casual and enjoy.

They must have a separate till and queue for takeaways ,i queued for 15 mins on sunday as everyome in front were eating in and all were ordering drinks so that took absolutely ages dealing with serving drinks and then people who were eating food were coming up to have more drinks which delayed things even more , ,the new place is lovely ,but I find the prices have gone up to cover that and quality gone down a bit ,as in sprouts tasted like frozen not fresh and swede very hard , not sure I will go back a

Coffee was 1.80 and undrinkable, was the worst coffee I have had and for 1.80 I was disappointed. Place was reccomened by a friend but the food you could tell all the veg was frozen and mass cooked. The meat was dry and staff did not appear frendly or welcoming during our visit
