Have used Wayne for many years and have always had exceptional service and advice. Nothing is too much trouble. Arrives when he says he will to undertake job in hand and points us in the right direction for additional tradesmen that we might need after he has completed the work requiring his expertise. He always gives honest advice which doesn't always result in a job for himself but the customer's satisfaction is at the heart of his business. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wayne came out and had a thorough look around the property before advising us on our next steps. those steps did not involve him doing any work on the property and therefore could have been seen as a wasted journey from his perspective. However, Wayne told us that it wasn't a wasted journey at all because his priority was giving us some answers to our problem, rather than just making money. We've heard stories of some businesses charging for treatments that simply weren't needed, but this is not the case with Llanelli damp. Wayne will advise you on your next steps and put your mind at ease. Wayne was professional throughout and adhered to Covid-19 guidelines by wearing a mask and politely asking to maintain social distancing. We have already recommended him to a family member that has an issue at their property. Superb service.

Wayne came to view a widespread problem around our house. He quickly outlined the causes and remedies. We didn't need his services, but he gave us the contacts to carry out the work needed. He was very helpful at a time of dificulty, and was concerned to get a good result, than to make a profit from it himself !
