Delta should not call them self's Well Being, i was left on Saturday night after pressing my buzzer for help, lady said she would send Paramedics, and never stayed on phone with me, she was suposed to phone my son, seems they tried once , he was in shower and it just came up as a private number, they did not try again, when the Paramedic phoned he said , i did not need them to come out and gave me the out of hours number, as i found out later they had just been told i had some pain, i was screaming in pain, it turned out i had a raging infection in my foot which was traveling up my leg, my foot was swollen and the swelling was half way up my leg, it took me 8 hours to get help, so what am i paying 18 .72 a month for, just for them to make one phone call, think before you give them your money, they are not all they make out to be
