I have played the course twice here and the hospitality is incredibly friendly. The course was in brilliant condition for the times of the year we played too! What a top experience the first time hence why I went back again! One of my favourite courses in South Wales so far! Top place. Top people and some of the best greens around!

Fantastic start to the week popped in her for a light refreshment and small snack with my mum. We were greeted by Jordan who was absolutely delightful. He went out of his way to make sure we had a lovely time. Everything was straight forward and the food and ambience fantastic. Huge thank you Jordan for making the whole experience so enjoyable we will be back.

Lovely treatment for my back. I really needed it. Staff were really lovely. Beautiful all round. The only thing I'd say is that we needed water after the treatments and there was non. Maybe minature water bottles would be a good idea while we wait for covid to settle down. Thank you to all the staff that made our day lush x

Just returned home from Machynys on what is quite possibly one of the hottest days of the year. On entering the restaurant I nearly actually melted, the temperature in there was uncomfortably warm. We asked to sit out on the verandah and were fortunate that there was sufficient space for us to have our meal. It was an absolutely breath taking evening and the views didn't disappoint. The meal itself was absolutely gorgeous, the fact that Boris Johnson insists 'we eat out to help out' made it taste even better. All four members of the party was impressed by the standard of the meals. The staff were also really helpful and attentive this evening. Even though they definitely were melting and had to cope with the added difficulty of wearing masks at all times. And to end the evening, we had front row seats to an epic thunderstorm. A fabulous evening. Although this might have been slightly different if we'd had to have eaten our meals in what can only be described as oppressive heat inside the greenhouse. Air con seems like a sensible move!
