SHOCKINGLY RUDE, DIRTY & LATE! The removal service appointment was booked for 9:30a.m. The day before the appointment, I contacted the company to confirm our appointment time (just in case). Luckily, I did because they were going to be late and had not bothered to tell me. They said they will be 30minutes late and they will be at the storage unit at 10:00a.m. On the day of the appointment, they were late again by a further 30 minutes. The van was extremely old and dirty. There were two men. One man got out of the van, didn’t bother to greet us and immediately started to light a cigarette to smoke, whilst this happened my husband had to assist the other man to remove some items from the storage unit. They were constantly speaking to us rudely because we wanted to put covers on two of our items for protection. We tried to obey their wishes by not putting the covers on. However, we had to insist that our mattress to be placed on a cloth, as their van was completely filthy. We were trying to be polite by not saying the van is filthy, but the man was so angry that he threw one of his dirty cloth AT me! I was so shocked that I was speechless. At the time, my husband wasn’t around. I proceeded to explain that I wanted to protect our mattress for hygiene reasons. The man started telling me off again. The man said his van was perfectly clean, so I placed my hand on the van floor to show him how filthy it was, and said ‘each to their own’. Is was filthy. The man became even more aggressive and said he will leave and our things at the storage unit. Happy for us he did this We were extremely relieved we no longer had to deal with these two! They maybe the cheapest removal service in the South Wales area, but we would certainly NEVER EVER use their service and would definitely advice all our family members and friends to avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Would never never recommend this company. Julian rang me on the day of our move to say he was running late (by at least 3 hours) but could not give me a time. When I complained that it was terrible service as we had to be out of the house by 2 he said \ if that's how you feel love then I won't bother at all\ and he hung up on me. Left me in tears with no removals. I only gave one star as it won't let me post with zero. Please please don't bother with him. Carters removals saved the day for us and we're so lovely on what was a very stressful day.

Wanted nearly 200 for doing bugger all. I asked for a van to move everything out of my house. They kept asking what was going even though I said countless times every single thing! One of the men was horribly rude and spent the whole day out the front smoking and whinging about anything and everything! They told me if they moved my Tv it would probably smash so I had to move it myself along with everything else they left in my house. I paid for a removal company to help me move and I spent the next 2 days taking trips back and forth to move the remaining things. They broke my cupboards and weren't fussed on getting the job done properly. The guy who winged out the front all day like a child was only happy once I told them to just forget everything else because he was kicking up such a fuss . Would never ever recommend to ANYONE due to the rudeness and lack of effort. I wouldn't hire them again even if it was for FREE. 0 stars.
