Nothing went in for a refund for a faulty item. The service was absolutely diabolical. They made me feel as if I had stolen the item because I did not have a receipt.
Called the store 3 times on 3 different days waited up to 12 mins on hold one time, still no answer, and they wonder why the store is in financial difficulty, there’s your answer!! Answer your phone, pathetic useless company
If you need expert advice that is not on the box they mght struggle.
