I have been through a lot in my life and I have have had lots of help getting my life back together not just by the doctors but the receptionists aswell I have to say doctor Alice Williams And doctor Ben price have been absolutely amazing. So I would like to say thank u very much for everything

Went in today and receptionist with short brown hair lied to my face and said there's no afternoon emergency appointments when I know there are for a fact as I've been to one! The other receptionist- large, glasses and long dark hair backed her up. How can you argue with that? The receptionists in general are rude and behave above their station. Thanks to their unhelpful attitude I have had a week of worry and stress

They don't seem to care about people's health phone is always engaged and can't get through to make a appointment

Do they actually answer the phone's. 110 attempts and no answer. Surely you cant call this a good service.
