With the changes in the practise by the health authorities it is an absolute nightmare to get an appointment. If you have a telephone consultation and the dr needs to see you there are no appointments It’s horrendous Patients should be treated as individuals not just a number To be told to go to A&E for treatment for bronchitis is ridiculous no wonder the nhs is in trouble
