Manager was rude and impolite. Had no consideration given one of the group suffer with a non visible disability and was not carrying an exemption card/certificate which you DO NOT need to carry as per the Welsh Government guidelines. Unfortunately this manager embarrassed one of our group and forced them to wear a mask whilst waiting for drinks. Absolutely disgusting given you’re not allowed to challenge why an individual is not wearing a mask.
