I have had to visit this store twice recently regarding a problem with my phone and Jon has kindly sorted it out for me. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He is always so helpful and has a way of explaining it so that you understand. He really goes the extra mile with customer service and is credit to this store !

Twice I have gone to the store to sort something out with my sim during C-19 First time I was told they couldn't replace my sim in store by two girls who had no customers said they couldn't do it even through I have done it in the past. Then explained that the customer service phone line was back to normal which wasn't true. So I had to phone it when should have been used for emergency. Went in today because my sim got jammed in my phone. Some thing expect two guys in the stores no customers. The store helped my mam when her sim jammed ages ago. Told because of C-19 can't touch my phone fair enough but ask if I wanted to upgrade. So it is too dangerous for me to hand over my phone and wait outside the store but safe enough for me to sit in the store and fill out paperwork if I were to upgrade or sign a contract? The staff have always been polite to me but it is pretty clear if you aren't signing a contract or upgrading they don't want to know.

Poor level of customer service they are a \franchise\ rather than a retail store so becareful what you buy!! Comparing themselves to McDonald's as they are a franchise too helpful to know NOT unlike Carmarthen who were extremely helpful and Swansea who confirmed they have a large amount of complaints regarding this store.
