They are OK. Took us ages to book a viewing cause they didn't have enough staff (about a week), despite leaving messages, emails and Facebook messages. Were pleasant on the phone and during viewings.

Initially very good when I booked a viewing, but communication after I put in my offer was non-existent and quite honestly rude, no body kept my husband and I in the picture, and after a third chase today was told the house had been taken off the market! Why couldn't someone have picked up the phone to tell us?
UTTER FILTH THESE PEOPLE ARE. DONT RENT OFF THEM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IF THERES A PROBLEM IN THE HOUSE THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT AND SORT IT. ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND MESS PEOPLE ABOUT THEY ARE THE WORST AGENT TO RENT OFF.
Absolute scumbags the Questions they ask are irrelevant and since i enquired about a Dump in Station Road the Questions were even more Ludacris avoid these psychopaths
