I dealt with the crosshands branch. Dreadful experience from start to finish. Getting a reply is like getting blood from a stone, and then you're made to feel like you've hounded and harassed them. Selling and buying made more stressful by this. Tone used in the responses you finally get are rude and patronising. Complaint sent however same solicitor responded so not escalated and poor reply given.
