Totally outraged! This company have been making claims on my behalf and it all seemed to be going well until I received a payout from Bamboo. They said that because Bamboo paid the outstanding balance on my loan then paid the rest to me (917) they take their 30% from the total that Bamboo redressed therefore I actually owe them more than I received from bamboo! Disgusting! Avoid!

Very disappointed with my experience so far! Seemed all okay when submitting my details and was occasionally emailed to say they're chasing them. But my latest email from them was them saying they had received an offer from one of my old lenders and to phone them to find out the offer! So when I went to phone them, I was told to phone back a few hours later as they we're still processing it. So I phoned back later on that day and was told the offer was still being looked at but confirmed an offer had been made and to phone back on Monday! Didn't get round to phoning Monday but phoned Tuesday and was put on hold countless times to then be told that no offer had actually been made and the email was sent by mistake? Don't know why it took 3 phone call and 3 different advisors to tell me that!! Anyway I have since chased the Lender myself who we're very helpful and confirmed no offer had been made and agreed to let me personally know as soon as one is. Honestly don't know what Sanderson Drake do to deserve a 36% cut!! I would rather give some back to the lender at this point as they have been more helpful! Oh also they don't reply to emails! Wish I had read more into this before instructing Sanderson Drake as all it takes is a template letter on Google and the complaints email to the Lender and boom you have done the work of Sanderson Drake!

Sanderson Drake are in the process of helping me get a claim from Mr Lender. Mr Lender claimed that the information sent by SD was not matching the information on their files but it was straight from my Credit File. SD (thank you Shaun) has sent evidence of the information sent to Mr Lender and it was all correct. They are now proceeding with the Claim..I would recommend SD to anybody Best Regards Adrian...Claim SDC2002-40308-02

Submitted all info requested including enhanced report, they came back with only 1 lender they believed they could make a claim on, so they proceeded with this one only. Small sum recovered after about 6 months of waiting with no communications. I paid the invoice issued to me by Sanderson Drake for their (questionable) service, read on and you'll see why... I am still receiving threatening emails and texts about legal action demanding payment to them. I even have the confirmation of payment via their own systems, and have advised numerous times this has been paid by replying to their threatening emails. Can someone actually take ownership to resolve this. Not only this, I decided to ignore their advice and take action myself against a lender they didn't believe I had a claim against. I was successful and had 2.5k of debt written off. Huge miss by them, how can a 'professional and qualified' legal team miss this and I didnt? It only took me an hour to read the legal and compliance documentation available freely online on many websites, and submit my complaint to the lender quoting the relevant clauses they had breached. I'm glad I didn't listen to their 'legal' advice that this one wasn't a claim, and pursued it myself.

Was contacted by this company about a claim I had no knowledge of.. sounded good so I went ahead, got my refund and then started paying the difference.. one missed payment because of COVID and I got the most threatening letter Iv ever had stating there would be thousands of pounds added to my account through court cost including a high court writ? I owe 300 not 300,000.. I know these threats are complete rubbish but some ppl don’t and it can lead to serious mental health problems and in the worse cases even suicide.. disgusting company.. should of just payed my original loan...

What you can expect from the company previously registered on car park address and currently at place, where closed takeaway is located? Just no comment.They are targeting most vulnerable part of the society (People with low credit score) and ripping them off even further. This type of companies raised already dispute at House of Commons and this more likely will happen again as letting such scammers to operate in current climate, when the whole nation is suffering recession is below any acceptable standard. FCO and ombudsman service already have opened separate departments to deal with the complaints against claim management companies.

Absolute scammers say I asked them to act on my behalf on a claim against satsuma when I didn't and want 579 of me please avoid scammers!!!!!!! Funny that you carnt show me an email stating I asked you because I keep my email and I haven't got an email saying I ask you to act on my behalf so your just try con money out of me and your bullying tactics won't work on me!!!!!!!

Absolute joke of a company! Do not use! Promised me refund at first would be within 5 days . 5 days past nine refund . Speak to their awful customer service team who are about as useful as a chocolate teapot! . Arrogant and rude! . They than advised me it will take another few weeks! Still nothing. After finally being able to get through to them after email after email. Phone call after phone call . I speak to another arrogant customer service member who advised me again it could take longer . I eventually had to contact amigos myself . What am I paying the 36 percent for! . Then as soon as money went in they stuck 20 pound extra as a late fee on the same day I got it! When they say you get 7 days to pay it!. . Due to covid I lost my job and my home! So I was relying on that money what now they are putting extra charges etc on! . Customer service very unreasonable and a complete joke! . Do not use this cowboy company! If I could give no stars I would
