Your google listing says you close at 5pm, I made my way to the branch, its a 25min drive, got to you at 4.10pm, only to see on the door, its 4pm closing, so I took my 25min drive home - after walking through town from the car park rather than self isolating - come on guys - make an effort. But also, please stay safe

Shocking . Went to lllanelli branch get some cash out . Right away had a young lad (Ricky Martin wanabe) with a sticking attatude. Said to him what's with the attitude, well even more lip fromantic him , been a santander customer for 13 years , shocking behaviour.
