Went here about 2 years ago when I was looking for a nice Gold watch for myself! I bought a watch here! but it definitely wasn't Gold. The manageress' attitude was very stuck up and she practically ignored me the entire time I was there. The Gentleman there though was very friendly.

Terrible service, was told charms had been delivered but will not be opened until next day or day after. I asked what time they close next day and was told 16:40 even though they advertise 17:00. I went back next day at 16:20 and they were CLOSED. A very inconsistent business to purchase from.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't bother, they are happy to take your money, but don't go back if you've a problem, terrible manageress!! I have to go back several times with the same problem, they didn't want to know. Had second opinion, poor quality top prices!

Taken my engagement ring back four times in total, as clasp around diamond kept on breaking off. Only collected a week ago due to a repair and this morning yet AGAIN the clasp around the diamond is broken. Surely after only one week of it being repaired this should not be happening.
