This time the peripheral vision test has been moved to a quiet room so you can concentrate a lot better, well done spec avers. Also the social distance is very good, but could be improved when browsing by a one way system. But that's me being picky.

Absolutely first class amazing service. I'm on the 'shielding letter' list, and I had a phone call today to say my contact lenses were ready for collection. I explained I was unable to collect them, the Director of Specsavers Llanelli has actually dropped them off personally to my home. I'm absolutely delighted by this wonderful gesture of kindness. Talk about going above and beyond! The guys at Llanelli are always fantastically helpful both regarding glasses and lenses, but I'm mega impressed with this fabulous service. Thank you so much. Marks out of 10 for Specsavers Llanelli, and particularly Sue, that would be 12. Thank you so much.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Specsavers. I had booked a checkup appointment on 05/08/2020 and I was prescribed reading glasses. The collection required 2 weeks to collect, however the wrong glasses had been \ticked\ on the box such that I received 2 pairs of long sighted glasses! Now the manager Dan was great in helping me obtain the correct pair as at this point the total cost is 180 and it is 19/08/2020. Now after 1 week I asked for an update on the glasses and they had just arrived. The receptionist I was speaking too is Sian, whom hung up the phone on me twice when I was requesting to speak with the manager & confirm my glasses were going to be delivered. I have used Specsavers for my entire family for a decade, but the abrasive tone we received for asking about a staff issue is unacceptable. Had I not called up it would have been well over a month before I received a response!
