Shop opening hours were not as advertised online or at the door. Very frustrating having driven all the way there specifically. Luckily there's a B&Q next door, so I gave them my business instead! Very disappointing.

Myself and my wife recently came to tapi carpets looking for something nice for our passage away and wasn't quite sure at the time what to get. The customer service was really great especially Adele, who was very help in deciding what to get. She pointed out the colour of the vinyl. Now that it's fitted it's looks lovely and we are very impressed. This is the second time we have been to tapi carpets and would recommend to anyone.

Recently ordered carpets, no pushy salespeople, left alone to browse the carpets. Once the choice was made the salesman was really helpful with his advice. As for the carpet fitters, what an absolute perfect job, well done lads. It was a nice touch when a lady phoned me a week later to ask how things went. From start to finish, perfect. Would I recommend Tapi Carpets. Most definitely. Thanks again.

Had great service and advice in the Llanelli shop. The staff were lovely. Had carpet fitted by Craig who was very nice, polite, did an amazing job of the fitting and was great with my kids and dogs. Would recomend them and i am extreamly happy with my new carpt. Top job, thank you

I didn't know if to rate this three, two or even one start. I have mixed opinion on this place, so I walked in looked at the carpet I wanted then I called over this old man who went through the payment options. To this part I would have given this place five stars, but then came the bad part. He kept going on about giving them a lot of money as a 'deposit' but at that point we didn't even know if we wanted that. At this point when we said no you saw his face turn and I swiftly walked out of tapi carpets.

One of the best carpet stores I have seen -- the interior of the building is very inspiring. The staff were very helpful, they helped me choose a floor as I was not sure exactly what I wanted. They were also happy and patient to answer any questions that I had. I really like the flooring I was assisted in choosing. I highly recommend visiting.

Cannot praise this store enough after having my kitchen floor fitted recently. I had very specific preferences for my flooring but thankfully choosing the right floor was made easy because of the wonderful staff. I have been to other carpet stores but this store had the quality of service I needed. As an added bonus, the hot chocolate was nice too! The fitters Jason and Ashley were polite and have done an excellent job. I have already recommended the store to many of my friends, one of whom just had all their downstairs flooring fitted and they moved all her furnuture for her and back. She is now already saving to get all her upstairs fitted too by this Llanelli store because of the service from the staff and fitters. I would recommend this Llanelli store to anyone!
