Really good soft play with different areas for different ages. Also includes ice rink and small trampoline park, and some arcades, which we didn't visit. Good cafe, had the breakfast which was great value (cheap, cheerful but plentiful).

Kids loved it, food toilets disabled access etc, extremely busy but it is half term! Staff were fab! Great value for money
As some people mentioned before, the place needs more staff. I didn't try the food as the queue was long. You will find some kid with bad language afing and jefing.
Run by children with no communication skills, apart from one young girl who was doing her job brilliantly with the rest of the staff giving her attitude and no help. Food takes ages with the staff just standing and chatting, a great place for kids but terribly run.
Was a little worried today as weather bad and car park full at 11 but although it was busy it didn't feel like it. Food was lovely with very good service. All in all a fun 2 hrs for a 3 year old.
Brought my daughter here for a birthday party with my other two kids. 7 for a ham and cheese toastie. Took ages to order food and there was no line. Urinals were blocked and a massive puddle outside the disabled toilets.
Opening time is 10 am. Turned up this morning and waited 10 minutes for a staff member to let us in. Only hot drink available was tea as the coffee machine was out of order- as was the carousel. Normally there are balls in the football area but none today. Food service is very poor-last week it took 45 minutes for a child's meal to be served. Definitely needs a re-vamp as it just looks tired. Don't think we'll be going back.
Not bad for the kids, which is the main thing. The food, on the other hand... If you do want food, and it’s busy, do yourself a favour and order well ahead. Like 45-50 mins! That’s the ‘average‘ wait whenever I’ve ordered for me and the kids. Sometimes over an hour. They even ‘lost’ my order once. Only junk food available. Everything with chips. Cheap and easy I suppose. It’s such a shame that they can’t, or simply aren’t interested in, sorting this issue out. Staff are pleasant. Venue is okay, if a bit grubby. Kids enjoy it though.
