They are now charging for the plastic covering the dry cleaning knowing full well that the customer will pay. If they are so concerned about the environment they should use environmentally friendly covers (strong paper ???) and not use some weak excuse to increase their profits. Tried looking at their website to see which charity they supported with the money raised but no answer there. Girl at the desk said they were just doing what the supermarket did by charging. Sounds like a scam to me.
