Not a good experience with Vision Express.Staff at Llanelli Branch try to make up for bad service from their company. A pair of specs which was ordered on the 31st of May arrived back in store on Tuesday the 25th of July and I am still none the wiser as to what caused the delay good luck to the staff at the store.. But I shall in future be using Spec Savers ..
