dishonest! rearranged package for delivery, which was never delivered ! for days it said in depot, called webchated many times no help what so ever!!!! the tracking magically changed to delivered with signature! on orginal delivery date!! WHICH IT WAS NOT when i raised this with customer service THEY SAID I WAS BASICALLY LYING I still have no package AVIOD AT ALL COSTS i will no longer be ordering through compines that use this service

Terrible company, whoever your delivery driver is to SA15 3JN, have a word, doesn't knock the door, leaves a calling card saying parcel with a neighbour, it isn't, parcel left by front door ( complex of flats) this is the 3rd time, after the 1st time I've been watching and waiting for the driver, the bloke is a complete buffoon, lazy, I can bet this fella is first back to his depot everyday, cause he's not delivering, giving this company a bad reputation, I'd never use this company to collect and deliver anything of mine, HERMES for me

Fed up with this amateur delivery company. Delivery due today. Had day off to be in as it was a expense item. Tracked it all day watching the amount of drops go down, then a message saying \unable to deliver today\ no further information and this type of situation is not the first. I actually ordered the item as the seller stated Royal mail if I had known they would use yodel I would not have ordered. Stsyvaway from yodel at all cost

Locally in Carmarthen Yodel is great, HOWEVER, sent something to a friend in SE London. Driver said he's delivered. On phoning their poor customer support centre (S. Africa?) was told the driver, according to their own geo-positioning had never been near the delivery address on the day! Said they'd chase local depot for exclamation and would come back in 24 hrs. 48 hrs later they say they are still waiting to hear from the local depot. POOR POOR POOR. The \customer support\ people just don't get why I want to know how a driver can deliver to a premises without actually having going there! I guess in London they pay peanuts and you know what that gets? Monkeys no, Magicians!

Very poor service The driver says he could not find my house to deliver the parcel This is an atrocious lie Everybody can deliver like amazon DHL but not Yodel Begs the question Why ????
